What Are Embeddable Forms in is.team?

is.team's embeddable forms let external users submit bug reports, feature requests, support tickets, and feedback that automatically create task cards on your board. Six pre-built templates — bug report, feature request, contact form, feedback form, support ticket, and blank — provide starting points with customizable fields. Forms support conditional field logic, file uploads, and field-to-property mapping that automatically sets task title, description, type, and priority from submitted data. Three embed methods are available: JavaScript script tag for dynamic loading, iframe for sandboxed embedding, and a direct shareable link. Anti-spam protection includes Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA, honeypot fields, submission timing checks, one-time tokens, IP-based deduplication, and domain allowlist restrictions. Submission analytics show form completion rates, submission volume over time, and field drop-off analysis. All submissions trigger webhooks for integration with external CRM or notification systems. Available on Starter plans and above at $8 per month.
