is.team's AI Meeting Notes feature converts meeting transcripts into actionable tasks on your kanban board. The workflow supports three modes: paste a transcript from Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams into the meeting notes panel; use the built-in Note Taker bot that joins your meeting and records automatically; or transcribe from built-in voice rooms directly on the canvas. The AI analyzes the conversation, identifies action items, decisions, and follow-ups, then creates individual task cards with titles, descriptions, assignees (matched to workspace members mentioned by name), suggested priority levels, and estimated due dates. Each meeting uses one credit — transcripts up to 90 minutes are supported. New Pro workspaces receive 2 credits, and annual plans receive 4 credits. The original transcript and AI summary are preserved as a note on the canvas, linked to the generated tasks for full traceability.
