Requirements
- At least 2 participants must be in the voice call (or an active external meeting for Note Taker)
- You need write access to the workspace
- You need available credits (see Credit System below)
- For external meetings: a Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams meeting link
How to Use

Join a voice call with your team
Start or join a voice call in your workspace. Make sure at least two participants are connected.

Click the Record button
Once everyone has joined, click the Record button to start capturing the meeting audio.

Conduct your meeting
Talk naturally — the recording supports meetings up to 90 minutes.

Stop recording
Click Stop when the meeting is over. The AI will immediately begin analyzing the recording.

Review summary and action items
The AI generates a 3–5 sentence summary and up to 10 action items, each with a title, task type, priority, and suggested assignee.

Apply to canvas
Click Apply to create the action items as tasks on your canvas.
Warning
Start recording only after all participants have joined the call.
AI Note Taker (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Instead of using the built-in Voice Room, you can send an AI Note Taker bot to your external meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. The bot joins as a participant, records and transcribes the conversation, and produces the same summary + action items.
You can also connect your Google Calendar to enable auto-join — the Note Taker will automatically join your upcoming meetings without any manual action.
Output
Each analysis produces two things:
Meeting Summary
A concise 3-5 sentence overview of what was discussed during the meeting.
Action Items
Up to 10 structured tasks, each with a title, task type, priority level, and suggested assignee.
Credit System
Each meeting analysis consumes 1 credit. If an error occurs during processing, the credit is automatically refunded.
