Account Settings
Manage your personal profile, security, notifications, and API access from a single place. Open it by clicking your avatar in the right panel, or press ⌘, on your keyboard.
Profile
The Profile tab lets you update your public identity across is.team.
- Display name — the name teammates see on comments, mentions, and activity feeds.
- Email — your login email and notification address.
- Profile photo — upload an image and crop it to 256×256 pixels using the built-in crop tool.
Password
The Password tab lets you change your login password. You must enter your current password and then type a new one. Passwords must meet the minimum strength requirements shown on screen.
Email Preferences
Choose which events trigger email notifications. You can toggle each category independently:
- Comments on your tasks
- Mentions (@you)
- Workspace invitations
- Task assignments
- Weekly summary digest
API Tokens
Generate LLM API tokens for external integrations. Tokens use the ist_ prefix and grant access to task management endpoints. You can create multiple tokens and revoke them at any time.
Info
Treat API tokens like passwords. Never share them in public repositories or client-side code.
Referral Program
Every account has a unique referral code. Share your link (/register?ref=CODE) with friends and colleagues. When a referred user creates their first workspace, you earn Meeting Notes credits.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of Account Settings you'll find the option to permanently delete your account. This action requires a confirmation step and removes all your data, including workspaces you own.
Warning
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
