Workspace Settings
Control every aspect of your workspace — from team members to integrations. Open it by clicking your avatar and selecting Workspace Settings, or press ⌘⇧W.
General
The General tab shows your workspace name and a usage overview. You can see how many tasks, boards, and members you're currently using compared to your plan limits.
- Workspace name — rename your workspace at any time.
- Usage overview — progress bars for tasks, boards, and members. Bars turn amber when you reach 80% of your plan limit.
Members
The Members tab gives you full control over who has access to the workspace.
- View the member list with their roles (Owner, Admin, Member).
- Invite new members by email — they'll receive an invitation link.
- Change a member's role or remove them from the workspace.
- Revoke pending invitations that haven't been accepted yet.
Integrations
The Integrations tab lets workspace owners connect external services. Each integration can be connected or disconnected independently:
GitHub
Link pull requests and issues to tasks. Webhook updates PR status automatically.
Slack
Receive task notifications and comment alerts in your Slack channels.
Google Drive
Attach Drive files to tasks and preview them inline.
Figma
Link Figma files and frames to tasks with live previews.
Info
Only workspace owners can manage integrations.
Webhooks
The Webhooks tab lets workspace owners set up incoming and outgoing webhooks for custom automation. You can configure up to 10 webhooks per workspace.
Trash
The Trash tab lists recently deleted workspaces. Each entry shows how many days have elapsed since deletion and how many days remain before permanent removal. You can restore a workspace within the 30-day recovery window.
Warning
After 30 days, deleted workspaces are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Analytics
The analytics section provides insights into your workspace's activity and team performance.
- Overview — key performance indicators and summary charts.
- Members — workload distribution and individual performance metrics.
- Activity — daily trends, cycle time, and throughput.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of Workspace Settings you can delete the workspace. This is a soft delete — the workspace moves to Trash and can be recovered within 30 days. After that, it is permanently removed.
Tip
Check the Usage section regularly to see if you're approaching plan limits.
