Meeting Notes

Record your voice meetings and let AI automatically generate summaries and actionable tasks — so nothing discussed gets lost.

Requirements

Before you can record a meeting, make sure the following conditions are met:

Active Voice Call

At least 2 participants must be in the voice call before recording can begin.

Write Access

You need write access to the workspace to start a recording.

Pro or Max Plan

Meeting notes are only available on Pro and Max plans. Free and Starter plans do not have access.

How to Use

    Join the voice call

    Make sure at least two people are in the call before starting.

    Click Record

    Press the Record button. The recording indicator will appear for all participants.

  3. 3

    Conduct your meeting

    Talk naturally. The maximum recording duration is 90 minutes.

  4. 4

    Click Stop

    When you are done, press Stop. The AI will begin analyzing the recording.

Warning

Make sure everyone is in the voice call before starting recording — participants who join later will not be captured.

AI Output

After processing, the AI generates two things:

Summary

A concise 3-5 sentence overview of what was discussed during the meeting.

Action Items

Up to 10 actionable tasks extracted from the conversation, each with a title, type, priority, and suggested assignee.

Action items can be applied directly to your canvas as tasks with a single click, saving you from manually creating them.

Credit System

Each meeting analysis consumes one credit. Credits are managed at the workspace level.

Starting Credits

Pro and Max workspaces receive 2 credits on creation. Yearly billing adds 4 bonus credits.

Credit Packages

Need more? Purchase 5 credits for $4.99 or 10 credits for $7.99. Only the workspace owner can buy credits.

Tip

Yearly billing gives you 4 extra starting credits — a great reason to choose an annual plan.
