Filters & Search

Find any task in seconds. Use global search to jump to a task from anywhere, or apply canvas filters to focus on exactly the work that matters.

Press ⌘K to open the search dialog. It performs a fuzzy search across all tasks in the current workspace — no matter which board they belong to.

  1. 1

    Open search

Press ⌘K from anywhere in the workspace. The search dialog appears with an auto-focused input.

  2. 2

    Type your query

Start typing a task title, number, or keyword. Results update as you type.

  3. 3

    Navigate results

Use and arrow keys to move between results.

Search Results

Each result shows contextual information to help you identify the right task quickly.

Title

The task title with matching characters highlighted.

Type Icon

Bug, Feature, Task, or Story icon for quick visual identification.

Column Name

Which column the task currently lives in (e.g. 'In Progress').

Priority

Priority flag color so you can spot urgent items.

Info

A maximum of 20 search results are displayed at a time. Refine your query if you don't see the task you're looking for.

Keyboard Navigation

⌘K

Open the global search dialog.

↑ / ↓

Navigate through search results.

Enter

Open the selected task and scroll to its board.

Escape

Close the search dialog.

Canvas Filter

Press ⌘⇧F to open the canvas filter modal. Unlike search, filters apply across all visible boards simultaneously — showing only the tasks that match your criteria.

Filter Options

Combine any of these filters. They use AND logic — tasks must match all active filters to be shown.

Type

Filter by Bug, Feature, Task, or Story.

Priority

Show only Low, Medium, or High priority tasks.

Assignee

Filter tasks assigned to specific team members.

Labels

Match tasks with one or more selected labels.

Story Points

Filter by point range (e.g. 3-8 points).

Date Range

Show tasks within a start/due date window.

Overdue

Toggle to show only tasks past their due date.

Active Filter Badge

When filters are active, a badge on the toolbar shows the number of applied filters. This serves as a visual reminder that you're viewing a subset of tasks. Click the badge to open the filter modal, or use the Clear all button to remove all filters with one click and return to the full view.

Tip

Filters persist while you navigate the canvas. Remember to clear them when you're done to avoid missing tasks that are hidden by an active filter.
