Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade, open Workspace Settings and select a new plan from the plan selector. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment. Your new limits take effect immediately after payment.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades are managed through the Stripe billing portal. Open Workspace Settings, click Manage Billing, and choose a lower plan. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds within a limited window after purchase:
- Monthly plans — 3-day refund window
- Annual plans — 14-day refund window
